I started by making a graham cracker crust for the bottom of the cupcake, just graham cracker crumbs and melted butter pressed into the bottom of the cupcake liner.
Then I placed a marshmallow into each cupcake,
The cupcakes looked quite good as they were baking and as they came out of the oven.
Instead I pulled the cupcakes out of the tin and set them on the cooling rack. When I came back into the kitchen 5 minutes later they looked a little bit different. See how much it shrank back down after the marshmallow cooled. This would make it way too difficult to frost.
So I figured that I might as well taste one... so I cut it in half so you could see the layers first. Yum, a perfect graham cracker crust which gives it texture then moist chocolate cake and goooey marshmallow.
Try the MINI ones and only use about 3/ maybe 4 is ur feeling fierce :) less mess and less ugly you can certainly work with that :)
